Job summary

Wallaby Storage seeks an experienced, sales-focused Manager to drive occupancy growth, revenue and retention across Moorabbin and Abbotsford. You will lead sales activities, coach staff, and ensure premium service across two Melbourne facilities.

You will manage inquiries, develop the sales pipeline and collaborate with teams to meet monthly and yearly targets. A base salary around $115,000 plus super and car/fuel contributions is offered, with incentives up to 10% based on KPIs.

• Attend facility tours and support weekend shifts when pre-arranged.
• Supervise and coach three existing customer support staff.

Wallaby Storage is seeking a mature, experienced, sales-focussed Manager to grow our Moorabbin and Abbotsford facilities to the next level. This dynamic role will see you engage with clients in a new way, driving occupancy growth, revenue and customer retention through proactive sales leadership, business development, operational management and exceptional customer service. THE BENEFITS

• A generous base salary package (including super and car/fuel contribution) of $115,000
• Overtime rate of time and a half for weekend facility tours
• Opportunity to earn sales incentives up to 10% of salary package based on agreed KPIs.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:-

• Receive and promptly attend to all inbound sales enquiries
• Convert enquiries into storage contracts and maximise occupancy rates
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and follow-up process
• Contact individuals and businesses identified by us as our key target market
• Generate new business through outbound calling, networking and direct visits
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets
• Attend all facility tours for new sales enquiries (including weekends by pre-appointment only)
• Supervise and coach three existing customer support staff
• Monitor (but not perform) all facilities management and office/admin tasks including maintenance walk-throughs, cleaning and repairs, collecting money, updating/maintaining sales software etc
• Ensure all business activities are conducted in such as way as to maintain our brand's premium standard
• Work Mon-Fri 0730-1600, dividing your time equally between the Moorabbin and Abbotsford facilities
• Remotely receive and attend to all new phone sales enquiries Mon-Fri from 1600-1830 and on Saturday 0800-1700

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:-

• Has a full, clean Victorian driver's licence and their own reliable vehicle
• Is a local resident with good knowledge of Melbourne's City, Eastern and Bayside suburbs
