Retailworld Resourcing Aus is seeking a Stock & Operations Manager for a high-volume flagship store in Perth CBD. You will lead back-of-house operations, inventory and delivery processes, partnering with the Store Manager to ensure seamless store performance and a superior customer experience.

You’ll manage an Assistant Ops Manager and a dedicated team, focusing on people development, process improvements and maintaining exceptional standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

About the Role

As the Stock & Operations Manager, you'll lead the engine room of a high-volume store, driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, ever-evolving retail environment. Partnering closely with the Store Manager and leadership team, you'll oversee all back-of-house operations, inventory management, stock flow and delivery processes to ensure the store runs seamlessly.

You'll have an Assistant Ops Manager and dedicated team to support you, allowing you to focus on developing your people, streamlining processes and maintaining exceptional operational standards.
