Workpro in Adelaide is seeking a Stock & Operations Manager to lead the engine room of a high‑volume store, driving operational excellence and overseeing back‑of‑house and inventory processes. You will partner with the Store Manager and leadership team to ensure seamless store operations and exceptional customer service.

You’ll manage a 12‑person team, implement new processes, work with POS and inventory systems, and maintain a 50‑hour week with Tuesday–Saturday rostering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management or related field.
• 4+ years in operations or store management.
• Proven experience leading and motivating staff.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Correct working rights in Australia. Right‑to‑work check required.
• National Police Criminal History Check required due to the role.

About the Role As the Stock & Operations Manager, you’ll lead the engine room of a high-volume store, driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, ever-evolving retail environment. Partnering closely with the Store Manager and leadership team, you’ll oversee all back-of-house operations, inventory management, stock flow and delivery processes to ensure the store runs seamlessly.

You’ll have an Assistant Ops Manager and dedicated team to support you, allowing you to focus on developing your people, streamlining processes and maintaining exceptional operational standards.
