Workpro in Adelaide is seeking a Stock & Operations Manager to lead the engine room of a high‑volume store, driving operational excellence and overseeing back‑of‑house and inventory processes. You will partner with the Store Manager and leadership team to ensure seamless store operations and exceptional customer service.

You’ll manage a 12‑person team, implement new processes, work with POS and inventory systems, and maintain a 50‑hour week with Tuesday–Saturday rostering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management or related field.
• 4+ years in operations or store management.
• Proven experience leading and motivating staff.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Correct working rights in Australia. Right‑to‑work check required.
• National Police Criminal History Check required due to the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a high‑volume flagship environment.
• Oversee back‑of‑house operations, inventory, stock flow and deliveries.
• Manage a team of 12 staff across shifts.
• Develop processes to elevate efficiency and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Store Manager, marketing and suppliers.
