Retailworld Resourcing is seeking a Stock & Operations Manager for a high-volume flagship in Perth CBD. You will lead back-of-house operations, inventory control, stock flow and delivery processes to keep the store running smoothly.

About the Role

As the Stock & Operations Manager, you'll lead the engine room of a high-volume store, driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, ever-evolving retail environment. Partnering closely with the Store Manager and leadership team, you'll oversee all back-of-house operations, inventory management, stock flow and delivery processes to ensure the store runs seamlessly.

You'll have an Assistant Ops Manager and dedicated team to support you, allowing you to focus on developing your people, streamlining processes and maintaining exceptional operational standards.
