Job summary

Frontline Retail WA in Perth DFO is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager for a part-time split of 26-32 hours, with a genuine pathway to full-time for the right candidate. You’ll be on the shop floor, leading with energy to drive sales, motivate a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You're an energetic and hands-on retail leader who loves being on the shop floor. You know how to motivate a team, drive sales and create an experience customers remember.

You're comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and understand that great retail leadership means being across everything from customer experience and KPIs through to stock processing and store presentation.

Most importantly, you bring energy, initiative and a genuine passion for people and performance.

• Previous retail leadership or strong senior sales experience
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs
• Confidence coaching and motivating a team
• Strong customer service and consultative selling skills

• Flexibility across a Sunday-Friday roster - No Saturdays
