TSHR is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a dynamic, high-volume flagship outlet in Sydney. You’ll motivate a 30+ strong team, drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Bring 1–2 years of retail supervision or similar leadership, along with excellent communication and a hands-on leadership style. A rotating roster including weekdays and weekends is required.

• 1–2 years of experience in retail supervision or team leadership.
• Experience in customer-facing retail and/or store operations.
• Confident in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments.
• Hands-on leadership with strong communication and people skills.
• Proactive, commercially aware and growth-oriented.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
