Job summary

Tynan Motors is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our friendly team at the head office in Sutherland. This permanent part-time role is three days per week, offering stability and the chance to contribute across multiple brands within a well established family business.

You will manage purchasing and replenishment of vehicle stock, maintain accurate records, perform regular stocktakes, and collaborate with managers to coordinate orders and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Strong administration skills, attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Previous Data Entry/Administration experience – highly regarded.
• Experience with ERA Net/ Power - highly regarded but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Current NSW Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory and vehicle stock levels, ensuring records are current and up to date
• Purchasing stock within approved budgets
• Data entry and preparing inventory/stock reports
• Conducting regular stocktakes
• Processing invoices and stock-related paperwork

About the role:

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our friendly and supportive team based at our head office in Sutherland.

A Stock Controller is responsible for managing the purchasing and replenishment of the organisation's vehicle stock.

This position is Permanent Part-Time – 3 days per week.
