Job summary

Tynan Motors is seeking a friendly Service Advisor in Kirrawee, NSW. This permanent full-time role handles customer check-ins, explains vehicle work and costs, and keeps customers updated from drop-off to pick-up.

No experience is required—we will train you. You must have a NSW driver’s licence and strong computer skills to help promote services and products.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Able to work 7:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the morning and help them check in for their car service.
• Listen carefully to their vehicle concerns.
• Act as the customer contact between your customer and our back of house team.
• Our back of house team will confirm what maintenance & repair services are required for your customers car - you will pass this information onto your customer.
• You will explain the work that is to be performed and costs involved.
• Keep customers updated throughout the day
• Overall ensure a smooth, positive service experience for every customer

About the role:

If you enjoy working with people, you like cars and take pride in delivering a great customerservice experience - then this is the positionfor you!

You will be the main point of contact for our customers who are bringing their car in for a service. You will be helping them understand what their vehicle needs and ensuring they have a great experience from drop-off to pick-up. This position is Permanent Full Time, based in Kirrawee. Working hours are 7:30am to 5:30pm. No experience is required - we will train you!

What You’ll Do:

• Current NSW Driver's Licence
