Job summary

Mainfreight in Moorebank is seeking a Stock Controller to join our warehousing team on a full-time permanent basis. You will work in a fast-paced, positive environment and contribute to smooth stock flow and accuracy.

The successful candidate will be proactive, capable of working both in teams and autonomously, and committed to a high standard of work. Joining our warehouse team means ensuring stock availability, recording inventory, and collaborating with Operations to optimise storage

Qualifications

• Experience as a stock controller (not required but desired).
• Maintain companies' stock inventories to meet business requirements.
• Proficiency in inventory management.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Superb negotiation, collaboration, and communication abilities.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating stock control operations with warehouse team members.
• Inventory recording.
• Investigating and actioning empty location reports.
• Maintaining pick faces.
• To ensure the uninterrupted availability of stock held in the warehouse.
• Liaising with Operations team to maintain the stock storage processes and solutions.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a Stock Controller for our Warehousing at our branch in Moorebank on a full-time permanent basis. You will be joining our fantastic team in our fast-paced & positive environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
