Job summary

Tradezone Pty Ltd in Blacktown is seeking a self-motivated Stock Controller to join our warehousing team on a full-time basis. You will manage stock levels, investigate discrepancies and provide accurate inventory reporting using scanners and warehouse management systems.

The role requires 1-2 years in stock control, attention to detail, and a valid LO/LF forklift license. Occasional Saturdays or overtime may be needed as our business grows and expands.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Stock Controller or inventory-focused role (essential).
• 1–2 years' experience in stock control or inventory management is required.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy, proven in your most recent role.
• Valid forklift licence (LO or LF) is required at the time of application.
• Competent with technology, scanners and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate stock levels within the distribution centre.
• Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to assist with inventory reporting and stock movement analysis.
• Investigate discrepancies and problem-solve effectively.

To support our continued growth, we're seeking a self motivated and professional Stock Controller to join our dynamic warehousing team based in Blacktown on the following shift:

9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday

Occasional Saturdays or overtime may be required per needs of the business.

Success is dependent on your ability to manage and maintain accurate stock levels within the distribution centre. Your keen eye and high attention to detail will ensure continuous improvement within the warehouse and key to its ongoing operations. Coordination with our purchasing and operations teams require high-level interpersonal skills to assist with inventory reporting and stock movement analysis. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key role in a fast-paced environment, working with innovative systems and overseeing our broad product range and online presence.
