FlameStop Australia is seeking a Stock Controller to join our busy distribution operations in Loganholme. This permanent full-time onsite role runs Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm and reports to the National Manager, supporting a national warehouse network with stock availability.

You will maintain stock management and allocation, forecast demand, coordinate imports, and assist the sales team, ensuring accuracy, strong communication, and timely replenishment across Australia and New

• Supporting the sales team and National network of warehouses with stock availability.
• Coordinate all internal logistics movements across Australia and New Zealand
• Forecasting and ordering stock from both local and overseas suppliers
• Manage the co-ordination of Import process including goods received.
• Liaising with our national warehouse staff in relation to receiving and booking in of overseas containers
• General administration and support to the National team as required.

About the role:

This is a key role in the operation of our business and working with our already strong team you will provide the additional strike power we need to continue to grow.

Reporting to the National Manager you will be responsible for proactively supporting the national managers in each state, ensuring that our expansive range of products is readily available and replenished at our distribution centresaround the country.

As our Stock Controller, you will be in a fast-paced environment with high demand for our products, organisation and motivation will be the key and your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Maintaining a stock management and allocation system.
• Supporting the sales team and National network of warehouses with stock availability;

• Previous experience in a similar position/ Administration Role
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong customer service and written communication skills
• High attention to details
• Strong communication skills with a polite and assertive manner
• Strong MS office skills, especially Excel
