Job summary

Huntermotive Pty Ltd in Ryde, NSW is seeking a highly organised Stock Controller to join our automotive sales team in a full-time role. You will manage stock records across Dealer and Manufacturer systems, support Sales with vehicle sourcing and delivery prep, and track manufacturer reporting and claims procedures.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in stock control, strong communication and analytical mindset, and familiarity with Pentana (ERA) is highly regarded.

• 1–2 years of experience in vehicle stock control.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and analytical mindset to identify and implement process improvements.
• Self-motivated, flexible and reliable, able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate stock records in Dealer and Manufacturer Systems.
• Providing exceptional support to the Sales Departments, including sourcing of Vehicles and assisting with Delivery preparation.
• Meeting Manufacturer reporting guidelines including claims procedures.

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our team in our Ryde, NSW office. In this full-time role, you will be involved in all aspectsof New Car Stock control, working within a great sales team environment.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining accurate stock records in Dealer and Manufacturer Systems.
