Job summary

Redox, a leading goods distributor, is seeking an Inventory Controller (Store Coordinator) for its Bibra Lake site. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm, in a fast-paced logistics and wholesale environment.

You will manage stock, coordinate transfers, and ensure accurate reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a similar role, with a solid understanding of warehousing and distribution, and the ability to liaise across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
• Understanding of warehousing, shipping and distribution processes.
• Forklift licence (LF) advantageous but not essential.
• Able to liaise with customers, transport/shipping companies and teams.
• Physically capable of lifting stock as required.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management including monitoring incoming orders and container unpacking.
• Monitor stock transfers and consignment stocks.
• Enter stock data and print store reports.
• Organise consignment notes and stock locations.
• Conduct stocktakes and investigate discrepancies.
• Raise stock transfers and conversions; organise returns of empty IBCs.
• Investigate and resolve ERP quality issues.
• Print and dispatch Emergency Information Panels.
