Job summary

Hyatt Regency Sydney is seeking a Full Time Team Leader for the Stewarding department. You will report to the Chief Steward, oversee a large operation, and mentor junior staff to maintain high hygiene standards across the hotel.

You will collaborate with Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to uphold HACCP compliance, manage costs, and enhance guest satisfaction through consistent cleanliness and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a hotel environment preferred.
• Experience in a large operation is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP standards and hygiene practices.
• Familiarity with WHS regulations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Chief Steward and lead the Stewarding team.
• Provide extensive training and develop junior staff.
• Ensure hygiene standards exceed HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with Culinary and F&B to maintain guest satisfaction and cost control.
