Job summary

Crown Resorts is seeking a full-time Stewarding Supervisor for Crown Sydney. You will lead a large stewarding team, coach staff, and ensure top standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance while supporting daily kitchen operations.

Reporting to the Stewarding Manager, you will work hands-on with the team, manage rostering, and adapt to 24/7 service demands to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in hospitality, hotel, stewarding or kitchen environments.
• Hands-on leader who operates with the team during busy service periods.
• Experience with rostering and workforce coordination.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, stewarding equipment, safety procedures and hygiene standards.
• Understanding of food safety and HACCP requirements.
• Strong communication skills to train, coach and motivate staff.
• Flexible and adaptable to support a 24/7 operation.
• Team-focused mindset with willingness to step in and cover breaks.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to maintain highest cleanliness, safety and hygiene standards.
• Coach and supervise the stewarding team, coordinating daily staffing.
• Oversee cleaning operations, machinery handling and chemical management.
• Support operations across kitchens and lead from the front.
