Job summary

The Langham Gold Coast is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to coordinate and supervise all activities related to cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and restaurant supplies. You will ensure a superior standard for flatware, tableware and kitchen equipment in support of Culinary and Banquets teams.

You’ll assist in supervising the stewarding team, onboard and track training, and work with chefs to ensure timely setups.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising stewarding or related teams.
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Strong eye for detail in cleanliness and presentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Eligibility to work in Australia (no sponsorship).
• Familiar with HACCP or hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise stewarding team across kitchen areas and ensure cleanliness.
• Coordinate with chefs to meet required setups and timetables.
• Onboard and track training of stewarding staff.
• Perform duties safely, maintaining high hygiene standards.
