Qualifications

• Certificate III Sterilisation Technology is required.
• Significant experience in sterilisation practices and AS/NZS5369:2023 and NSQHS.
• Experience in sterilisation services.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritise workload and roster staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Coordinate staffing levels, recruitment and induction activities.
• Develop rosters and staffing plans for the unit.
• Ensure compliance with AS/NZS5369:2023 and NSQHS.
