Qualifications

• Certificate III in Sterilisation Services with knowledge of AS/NZS 5369:2023.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willing to obtain.
• Proven leadership and ability to lead a Sterilisation Services team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a dedicated Sterilisation Services team and drive safe, efficient day-to-day operations.
• Lead staff, coordinate day-to-day workflow and resolve operational and workforce challenges.
• Provide clear direction to ensure delivery of a safe, efficient and reliable service.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and ongoing continuous improvement.
