NSW Health at Shoalhaven Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced Sterilisation Services Floor Manager to lead and support a dedicated team. You will drive day-to-day operations, coordinate workflow, and ensure high standards of service delivery in a busy healthcare setting.

You will work closely with the District Manager to lead staff, manage workforce challenges and foster a positive workplace culture while upholding NSW Health CORE Values and infection prevention principles.

Qualifications

• A completed Certificate III in Sterilisation Services and demonstrated sound knowledge of AS/NZS 5369: 2023 and Infection Prevention and Control principles, or equivalent experience.
• A completed Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or enrolled and willing to obtain, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead staff and coordinate day-to-day workflow in Sterilisation Services.
• Provide hands-on leadership and operational management to ensure a safe and reliable service.
• Resolve operational and workforce challenges and provide clear direction in line with NSW Health CORE Values.
