• SC3 Ability to monitor and use data to drive improvement and provide feedback to students/parents.
• SC4 Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; build collaborative relationships with staff/parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop innovations within STEM, Science and Technology for Years 7–12.
• Provide expert advice on content, processes and strategies for professional learning.
• Lead Science and Technology Teams and coordinate staff for collaboration.
• Develop a whole-school approach to STEM and manage its delivery and budgeting.
• Model and lead improvements in critical thinking, problem solving and creativity.
