Job summary

KompleteCare Community and Home Care Services in South Australia seeks a State Care Manager to lead statewide operations, overseeing multiple teams and locations to drive service quality, workforce capability, compliance and performance.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will shape governance, risk management and strategic priorities, while building strong relationships with clients, staff and key stakeholders; travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership or operational management experience in a complex, regulated, multi-site organisation.
• Strong commercial acumen with workforce planning, governance, risk and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Proven knowledge of NDIS, Aged Care, ISO 9001 or equivalent regulatory frameworks; current driver's licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic operational leadership across multiple teams and locations.
• Drive performance, service quality and continuous improvement across operations.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and capability development.
• Ensure governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee incident management, complaints and service outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with clients, employees and stakeholders.
• Coach and develop managers to strengthen performance and accountability.
• Partner with executives to deliver strategic organisational priorities.
