Job summary

Be Recruitment Group is seeking an accomplished senior operations leader to oversee the NSW portfolio of in-home aged care across a large, dispersed footprint.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will drive service quality, workforce capability and commercial performance while ensuring safeguarding, compliance and client outcomes.

This is a high-impact, strategic role that combines hands-on leadership with governance, risk management and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Significant senior operational leadership experience within community services.
• Experience managing multi-site or geographically dispersed service teams.
• Strong commercial and financial capability, including budgets and margins.
• Solid understanding of quality, safeguarding, complaints, incidents and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to reset priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational performance of in-home aged care services across NSW.
• Translate strategy into clear priorities and consistent service delivery.
• Develop Team Leaders and frontline operational teams.
• Manage workforce capacity, deployment and geographic coverage.
• Monitor revenue, gross profit and service margins.
• Improve scheduling and travel efficiency.
• Oversee client onboarding and service transitions.
• Ensure services meet aged care and organisational standards.
• Maintain workforce compliance and training.
• Use data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Strengthen systems and operating practices across the portfolio.
