An exciting opportunity has emerged for a dedicated State Care Manager to join their rapidly expanding team.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the State Care Manager provides state-wide operational leadership, overseeing multiple teams and locations whilst driving service quality, workforce capability, compliance, client experience and operational performance across all KompleteCare locations.
Key responsibilities include :-
Providing strategic operational leadership across multiple teams and locations;
Driving performance, service quality and continuous improvement across operations;
Leading workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and capability development;
Ensuring consistent governance, risk management and regulatory compliance;
Overseeing incident management, documentation, complaints and service outcomes;
Building strong relationships with clients, employees and key stakeholder;
Coaching and developing managers to strengthen performance and accountability;
Partnering with executives to deliver strategic organisational priorities.
The successful candidate will bring extensive senior leadership or operational management experience within a complex, service-driven, regulated or multi-site organisation. Strong commercial acumen, workforce planning, governance, risk and continuous improvement capabilities are essential, supported by excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Relevant management or leadership qualifications, or equivalent experience. Proven experience with NDIS, Aged Care, ISO 9001 or comparable regulatory frameworks will be highly regarded, together with current driver's licence and willingness to travel between sites.
