Job summary

Yorkshire Bridge seeks a high-calibre State Manager to lead its regional sales in South Australia, with a remit that includes the Northern Territory. The role oversees the Adelaide site, drives key account relationships, coaches a six-person team, and guides growth across specification, projects, wholesale and upgrade work.

You will champion CRM adoption, forecast performance, and maintain a visible market presence while building new opportunities in a mature market.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of sales management experience in electrical, industrial products or related sectors.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop state or regional B2B sales teams.
• Hands-on key account management alongside team leadership.
• Commercial ownership of revenue, margin, budgets and forecasting at state/regional level.
• Experience leading multi-channel sales through specifiers, consultants, electrical contractors, wholesalers and end users.
• Established networks across South Australia’s electrical, construction and commercial property sectors.
• Proven adoption of CRM, pipeline discipline and structured sales-management rhythms.
• Track record of leading change and keeping a team motivated toward growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional business with a hands-on commercial focus and a six-member team, including overseeing the Adelaide site.
• Personally manage key customer and account relationships while maintaining a visible market presence.
• Coach and develop the sales team to drive growth and maintain market leadership.
• Drive multi-channel sales through specifiers, consultants, electrical contractors, wholesalers and end users.
• Ensure OH&S and ISO compliance at the Adelaide site and align with corporate policies.
