City of Geelong is seeking a Shift Supervisor/Duty Manager (Stadiums) to oversee daily stadium operations, lead frontline staff, and ensure safe, customer-focused service. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, and involves rostering, cash handling, and incident response.

• Provide First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
• Working with Children Check.
• A current Victorian Driver's Licence.
• National Police Check and a pre-employment medical assessment may be required (funded by the City).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, set up and pack down the venue and facilities for bookings and events.
• Supervise daily stadium operations, ensure exceptional customer service and safety.
• Lead, support and coordinate staff across shifts, manage breaks, rosters, and mentoring.
• Resolve customer enquiries, complaints and operational issues professionally.
• Perform operational admin including cash handling, bookings, reporting and promotions.
• Act as Chief Warden and ensure OH&S compliance and risk management.
