Job summary

City of Greater Geelong is seeking casual Stadiums Operations staff to deliver a positive visitor experience across our stadium facilities, assisting with bookings, preparing venues, and ensuring spaces are safe, clean and welcoming.

You will support day-to-day operations, assist with entry, catering, merchandise, and respond to enquiries. Applicants should have current Working with Children Check, CPR, First Aid, and be comfortable in a fast-paced leisure environment.

Qualifications

• Current Working with Children Check.
• CPR certificate is required.
• First Aid training is required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• National Police Check may be required during recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up and pack down the venue and facilities for bookings and events.
• Maintain merchandise displays and replenish stock as needed.
• Conduct periodic facility checks to ensure spaces are for confirmed bookings and paying casual hires.
• Provide food and beverage services as required.
• Assist with venue entry operations, ticketing and ushering.
• Support venue bookings and manage inbox enquiries and calls.
