Job summary

Qualifications

• First Aid and CPR certificates required.
• Working with Children Check required.
• Current Victorian Driver's Licence essential.
• National Police Check and pre-employment medical assessment may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up and pack down the venue and facilities for bookings and events.
• Supervise daily stadium operations ensuring safety and high service standards.
• Lead and coordinate staff across shifts, rostering and breaks.
• Resolve customer enquiries and risks professionally while fostering positive relations.
• Handle cash, balance registers, manage bookings and support centre events.
• Act as Chief Warden where applicable and ensure OH&S compliance.
