• Minimum of 6 months experience in supporting a Deskside support environment.

Job description

The Technical Field Engineer performs activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals.

• Proven experience in a Deskside support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution.
• Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network and software installation and troubleshooting
• Experience with supporting a corporate Windows environment
• Software and Hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PC's
• Test and Tag experience highly regarded
• Minimum of 6months experience in supporting Deskside support environment
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout all transactions.

• NV1 or NV2 security clearance must have for this role.
