Job summary

Penske Australia in Wacol, QLD, is seeking a motivated Spray Painter to join our Production Centre. You will paint engines, components and equipment to exact specifications in a specialised workshop, contributing to defence-related projects.

You will prepare surfaces, maintain paint bay equipment, manage materials, and support safe, efficient operations while working with a professional team committed to quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Spray Painter in industrial/manufacturing/mining environments.
• Able to read and follow work instructions and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Positive communication and team-focused attitude.
• Proactive about safety and continuous improvement.
• Willing to learn and contribute across the wider workshop team.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Spray Painter to join our Production Centre in Wacol, QLD. Working within a specialised workshop environment, you will play a key role in preparing and painting engines, components, and associated equipment to exact specifications while contributing to the successful delivery of defence-related projects.
