Penske Australia & New Zealand is seeking an On-Highway Aftersales Representative to join their Sydney Branch. This role is perfect for someone with a strong truck parts background who enjoys building long-term relationships with customers and solving their problems.

You will promote genuine parts, workshops, and maintenance solutions while working closely with Parts and Service teams, developing sales across the Sydney metropolitan and Wollongong region.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the aftermarket side of the heavy vehicle industry.
• Strong knowledge of the On-Highway truck industry.
• Experience working with European truck brands is highly regarded.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an On-Highway Aftersales Representative to join our Sydney Branch.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong truck parts background who enjoys building relationships, solving customer problems and identifying opportunities to grow parts and service business.

Working across the Sydney metropolitan and Wollongong region, you'll become the trusted contact for your customer base, promoting genuine parts, workshop services and maintenance solutions while working closely with our experienced Parts and Service teams.

Rather than selling new trucks, your focus will be on keeping customers operating efficiently through proactive aftermarket support and long-term partnerships.

What will you do?

• Develop and grow parts and service sales across your assigned territory
• Build strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities
• Promote genuine truck parts, workshop services and preventative maintenance solutions
• Work closely with the Branch Parts and Service teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
• Develop account plans and maintain customer activity through our CRM system
• Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities through to completion
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across Penske's products and services
• Provide market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing and customer trends
• Achieve agreed sales, revenue and gross profit targets

About you:

We're looking for someone who understands the aftermarket side of the heavy vehicle industry and can build credibility with customers from day one.

You'll ideally bring:

• Previous experience in truck parts sales, parts interpreting or aftermarket support
• Strong knowledge of the On-Highway truck industry
• Experience working with European truck brands highly regarded
• Excellent customer relationship and account management skills
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify sales opportunities
• Experience using CRM systems to manage customer activity
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent time management
• Current driver's licence
