Location: Chippendale (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
OTE: $220K+ in year one
We’re Clutch Group (The NO-BS Technology Events Agency) and we’re looking for our third sponsorship sales hire to help drive the next stage of our growth.
We run summits, roundtables and VIP executive experiences for technology companies across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the US. Clients include Google, IBM, SAP, Wiz, Snyk and Atlassian and we’re proud of our 83% rebook rate across all events.
We’ve grown from a team of 3 across the business in 2023 to over 30 in 2025. No venture funding, no fluff , just a high-performing team doing great work with great clients. Our sales team is small, collaborative and trusted to do what they do best. There are no activity KPIs and no micromanagement, just clear ownership, good tools and real opportunity.
This is a chance to own your own patch (e.g. software engineering companies), sell a product that delivers, and help scale a fast-growing business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Selling sponsorship for our summits and roundtables across APAC and the US
- Running full sales cycles from prospecting to close (and rebook)
- Owning your own vertical so no lead sharing or fighting over accounts
- Working with delivery and production teams to make sure what you sell gets delivered
- Travelling to the events you sell
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who can win business and build lasting client relationships. We are big on Rebooks and long term relationships
- Ideally, you’ve sold sponsorships or events before but we’re also open to great sales talent from recruitment, tech, or media
- Comfortable on the phone, confident in a pitch, and strong on follow-through. You know how to run a sales cycle and create a value proposition.
- A no-BS approach, we value integrity over inflated promises
- Someone who wants to be part of a growing company and help shape what comes next
What you’ll get:
- Commission paid monthly from your first deal
- Strong base salary with an OTE of $220K in year one

- 3 days in our Chippendale office (right next to Central), 2 days WFH
- Half-day Fridays (we finish at 1:30pm)
