IQPC Australia is looking for a high-energy sponsorship sales professional to own the sponsor market for our events in Australia. You will prospect, pitch and close sponsorships with senior leaders from top organisations, building long-term partnerships that grow year over year.
You’ll develop multi-product packages, work with producers to align agendas, and travel to events as needed. A track record of selling to C-suite levels and a hunger for uncapped earnings will help you thrive in this
Full training. Real deals. A career that moves fast.
Big brands. Senior buyers. Uncapped commission. All this early in your sales career.
Most early-career sales roles hand you a script. This one has you selling sponsorship of the events where entire industries meet, to marketing heads and C-suite leaders at Australia's biggest organisations. You learn fast. You close real deals. And there's no ceiling on what you earn.
Companies pay to get in front of the people who buy from them. You make that happen.
IQPC runs conferences and summits around the world. In Australia, we bring senior leaders from AI, defence, energy, finance, cyber, customer experience and more together for one and two-day events. Each event is built around the problems their industry is trying to solve.
Technology and service providers want to be in front of that audience. You sell them the way in: speaking slots, exhibition stands, hosted roundtables, networking events with their brand on them, and one-to-one meetings with the buyers they've been chasing all year.
Find the right partners, pitch them, close them, grow them.
People who back themselves, and want a number to chase.
A sales, recruitment, media or customer-facing background is a bonus. It's not a requirement.
Real money, real access, real progression.
There's a particular feeling in walking into an event you helped build and shaking hands with a sponsor who came back because of what you delivered last year. That's the job.
