Job summary

Better Rehab in Sydney is seeking a graduate Speech Pathologist to join our community-based team in Sutherland. You’ll deliver functional therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinics to NDIS participants aged 6-65 years, covering language, mealtimes and feeding, dysphagia, aphasia and AAC.

You’ll complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans, build long-term relationships, and work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Speech Pathology qualification (graduating in 2026 or January 2027).
• Passion for supporting people with disability.
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

The Role
