Better Rehab is seeking a graduate Speech Pathologist to join our national, clinician-led program based in Brisbane. You will deliver participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinics with strong supervision and a structured induction.

You'll manage assessments, design practical therapy plans and build lasting relationships while gaining 1:1 supervision and 6 months of induction. Flexible hours, hybrid community work, and national opportunities support your early career growth.

Qualifikationen

• Speech Pathology qualification (graduating in 2026 or January 2027).
• Passion for supporting people with disability.
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

The Role
Based from our Springwood location, you'llsupport NDIS participants aged6-65 yearsacross a varied community caseload, including:

• Language
• Dysphagia
• Aphasia
• AAC

This is acommunity-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres,parksand clinic spaces.
You’ll:
