Job summary

Better Rehab is offering a graduate program in Speech Pathology based in Sutherland. You will support NDIS participants aged 6–65 across a varied community caseload, including language, feeding, dysphagia, aphasia, and AAC.

This is a community-based role delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces. You’ll complete assessments, design practical therapy plans, build relationships, and work with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Speech pathology qualification (graduating in 2026 or January 2027).
• Passion for supporting people with disability.
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans.
• Build long-term relationships and see real progress.
• Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team.

The Role

Based in Sutherland, you’llsupport NDIS participants aged6–65 yearsacross a varied community caseload, including:
