Speech Pathologist – Graduate Program 2026

Join Better Rehab’s industry‑leading Graduate Program, kicking off January 2026, based in Chermside. Supported across all steps, you will develop clinical expertise in the NDIS and community.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans across diverse environments (clients’ homes, day centres, parks, clinic rooms).
• Collaborate with a committed MDT to develop innovative solutions.
• Build enduring relationships with clients and witness lasting impact.

Program starts with a full week of graduate‑specific induction sessions and 6 months of dedicated induction, training, and up‑skilling.

• Support: Buddy system and colleague support.
• Supervision: Discipline‑specific 1:1 Supervisor; clinical support in NDIS and caseload.
• Ongoing Training: 6‑month induction, training, up‑skilling.
• Study Leave: 4 paid days per year.
• Resources: Laptop, phone, therapy/assessment resources.

About You

You Will Also Hold

• Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology with graduation date 2025 or Jan 2026.
• A valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
• An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
