Based in Geelong, Better Rehab invites graduates in Speech Pathology to join a clinician-led graduate program that combines structured induction, mentorship and real clinical autonomy. The role supports NDIS participants aged 6–65 across home, community, and clinic settings, with flexible diary management and strong supervision.

You will complete meaningful assessments, design practical therapy plans, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualificações

• Speech Pathology degree or imminent graduation (2026 or Jan 2027).
• Passion for supporting people with disability.
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

The Role
Based from our Geelong office, you’llsupport NDIS participants aged6–65 yearsacross a varied community caseload, including:

• Language
• Dysphagia
• Aphasia
• AAC

This is acommunity-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres,parksand clinic spaces.
You’ll:

• Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
• Build long-term relationships and see real progress
• Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team
