Job summary

Better Rehab’s Graduate Program offers structured mentorship and real autonomy as you support NDIS participants across a varied caseload in multiple Melbourne-area locations. You’ll deliver functional, participant-led therapy in homes, centres, and clinics, with strong supervision and clear KPIs guiding your成长.

You’ll undergo a graduate-specific induction, 1:1 supervision, and 6 months of structured induction and upskilling, alongside 4 paid study leave days per year.

Qualifications

• Speech Pathology qualification and graduating in 2026 or January 2027.
• Passion for supporting people with disability.
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening, WorkingWithChildren Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conduct meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans.
• Build long-term relationships and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients across community settings.

The Role
With roles available in Croydon, Geelong, Mornington, Pascoe Vale, Ravenhall OR Werribee, you’llsupport NDIS participants aged6–65 yearsacross a varied community caseload, including:

• Language
• Dysphagia
• Aphasia
• AAC

This is acommunity-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres,parksand clinic spaces.
You’ll:

• Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
• Build long-term relationships and see real progress
• Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team
