Responsibilities

• Tailor your caseload to your interests or maintain a general caseload.
• Set appointments with flexibility and option to work from home or Ballarat office.
• Receive supervision, PD opportunities and support for work-life balance.
• Flexible full-time or part-time options (3–4 days/week).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across OT, physiotherapy and psychology.
• Manage your own caseload in homes, schools and aged care facilities.
• Engage with team social events and wellness activities.

About You

• You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• You have current SPA Registration (or pending).
• You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
• Whether you’re just starting your career or have years of experience, we welcome applicants with an interest in community, private, or acute settings.
• You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
• You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working With Children Check.
