Job summary

National 360 Cairns invites you to join a supportive multidisciplinary team where you can build clinical skills, explore interests and grow your career. You will manage a caseload across language, swallowing, paediatrics or a generalist mix through community visits, telehealth and clinic sessions, with options to work from home or in the Cairns office.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload aligned to interests (language, swallowing, ACC, dysphagia, paediatrics or generalist).
• Deliver services via community visits, telehealth and clinic sessions.
• Set flexible appointment times and work from home or Cairns office.
• Receive supervision, development support and career progression.
• Collaborate with an multidisciplinary Cairns team of OTs and SLPs.
• Use clinical skills to motivate clients; NDIs experience beneficial but not essential.

• Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that’s language, swallowing, ACC, dysphagia, paediatrics or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.

• Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance.
• Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary Cairns team of occupational therapists and speech pathologists dedicated to making a real community impact.
• Use your clinical skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.

About You

• You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and hold or have applied for your SPA registration.
• You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
• Whether you’re just starting your career or have years of experience, we welcome applicants with an interest in community, private, or acute settings.
• You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
• You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Blue Card.
