Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking a Speech Pathologist in Liverpool to deliver life-changing speech pathology to NDIS participants. The role accommodates full-time or part-time arrangements, working across homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces and community centres.

You will assess, plan therapy, and collaborate with a team of allied health professionals, building strong relationships with participants and carers while contributing to improved outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology required.
• SPA Registration mandatory.
• Positive and flexible approach to work.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Valid driver's license and relevant checks (NDIS/WCCC).

Responsibilities

• Work in diverse settings: homes, schools, communities.
• Assess participants and create therapy plans.
• Provide life-changing speech pathology to support goals and NDIS funding.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary health team.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and supports.
• Attend weekly team meetings and seek mentoring.
