Everyday Independence in Australia is seeking Speech Pathologists to provide life-changing speech pathology to NDIS participants across diverse settings, including homes and schools. This full-time role also considers part-time arrangements such as 4 days per week or a 9-day fortnight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology required.
• SPA Registration required.
• Valid driver's license; NDIS/WWCC checks.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
• Experience in NDIS/disability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing speech pathology to NDIS participants across diverse settings (homes, schools, communities).
• Create therapy plans using evidence-based tools and maximize NDIS funding.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants, families, and carers.
• Attend weekly team meetings and engage with mentors and team leaders.
