Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking a Speech Pathologist in Beresfield to provide life-changing services to NDIS participants. The role can be full-time or part-time (4 days) or a 9-day fortnight, with flexible working options.

You will develop therapy plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Relocation packages are available, and ongoing professional development is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and SPA Registration required.
• Positive and flexible approach to work and strong communication skills.
• Experience with NDIS or disability sector preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop therapy plans and conduct assessments to support participants' goals.
• Provide life-changing speech pathology services across diverse settings.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team and build relationships with supports.
• Attend weekly team meetings and engage with supervision and mentoring.
