Everyday Independence is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver life-changing services to NDIS participants across diverse settings, including homes, schools, and community venues.

The role offers full-time or part-time options, with a generous salary package inclusive of leave loading, superannuation, vehicle options, a laptop and mobile, plus opportunities to boost salary up to $10,000 and a valued supervision structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology required.
• SPA Registration required.
• Positive and flexible approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and a team player.
• Commitment to personal and professional development.
• Valid driver's license.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Working with Children Check.
• Experience with NDIS/ disability sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing speech pathology services to NDIS participants.
• Develop therapy plans and use evidence-based assessment to support goals.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports.
• Attend regular team meetings and contribute to service delivery.
