Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking experienced Speech Pathologists to provide life-changing speech pathology to NDIS participants. This role offers both full-time and part-time possibilities across Elizabeth, Mile End, and Seaford, with a comprehensive benefits package and flexible working options.

You will design therapy plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to maximise participant outcomes and NDIS funding support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology.
• SPA Registration.
• Valid driver's license.
• NDIS/Disability experience preferred.
• Working with Children Check and NDIS Screening.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing speech pathology to NDIS participants in diverse settings.
• Create therapy plans using assessment results and evidence-based tools.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and supports.
• Attend weekly team meetings and collaborate with mentors.
