Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide life-changing services to NDIS participants across Melton and surrounding areas. The role can be full-time or part-time (4 days per week) or 9-day fortnight, with a supportive, interdisciplinary team and strong mentoring.

You'll design therapy plans, use evidence-based assessments, and help participants maximize their NDIA funding while enjoying a competitive package with vehicle options, laptop, phone, and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology and SPA registration.
• Experience with NDIS or disability services preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clear safety checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing speech pathology services to NDIS participants across diverse settings.
• Develop therapy plans and use evidence-based assessments to maximize NDIA funding.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of health professionals.
