Optimum Health Solutions is hiring a Speech Pathologist in NSW. The role offers a diverse caseload across adults and paediatrics, including dysphagia and AAC, with input into specialisations. New graduates receive weekly mentoring and supervision from day one, while experienced clinicians can pursue leadership or mentoring paths.

Location is Cessnock, NSW with full-time work and opportunities to collaborate with a broad allied health team. Travel to community and clinic sites is expected.

Formación

• Degree in Speech Pathology or currently completing final-year studies
• SPA eligibility or CPSP status required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential
• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle required
• Working With Children Check and National Police Check required
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency required

Responsabilidades

• Assess and diagnose communication disorders and plan intervention
• Assess swallowing disorders (dysphagia) and design AAC strategies
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators and other Allied Health professionals
• Deliver services across community, clinic and school settings
• Travel to community and in-clinic appointments
