Early Start Australia is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our Toowoomba clinic. You will provide specialist therapy to children and families across clinic, home, school and community settings, guided by a client-centred approach and current best practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution-focused therapy and early intervention.
• Ability to adapt services to individual needs and engage with children and families.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent report writing and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Identify and complete assessments for clients.
• Manage a caseload including complex cases.
• Develop and deliver tailored therapy programs across clinic, home, school and community.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to achieve client outcomes.
• Prepare home and session-based resources and activity plans.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality in line with policies.
