Job summary

Early Start Australia Montrose clinic is seeking an allied health therapist to join a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based early intervention services to children and families across Australia.

You’ll assess, plan, and deliver tailored therapy programs, collaborating with Speech, Psychology and other professionals while maintaining high privacy and reporting standards and pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Evidence-based, goal-focused therapeutic intervention for early intervention/paediatric clients.
• Ability to adapt services to individual needs and engage with children and families.
• Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills; ability to work in multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and manage caseload with a case-management approach.
• Develop and adjust tailored therapy programs across settings (clinic, home, school, community).
• Deliver services in clinic, home, school and community settings as required.
• Collaborate with allied health colleagues to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality; adhere to best practice standards.
• Prepare and maintain reports and reviews as required.
